This is the same dough for the Original Flatbread Crusts.
Make any style of pizza- thick, thin, Neopolitan, pan etc.
Works great with a pizza stone or even better with a pizza oven.
Works best in temperatures lower than 750 degrees.
Each ball is 9 oz, which makes a 10-12" pizza, depending on thickness.
One ball serves two people.  Hungry eaters eat 1 ball per person.
Ingredients: Organic locally milled unbleached wheat flour, water, organic stone ground whole wheat flour, extra virgin olive oil, honey, kosher salt & yeast.
